Terms & Conditions

1. We endeavour to provide services & goods within the agreed time frame. However we will not be held liable for late delivery in the event of delays in approval by the client which have had an adverse effect on the timing of work by designers, printers etc.  In this case the likely completion date will be notified to the client and the work completed at the earliest possible opportunity.
2. In the event of disputes on the quality of material which has been arranged by McMullin Madeleine/Source Marketing we will intercede with the supplier and attempt to settle the dispute to the satisfaction of the client. In the event that this is not possible, any claims for financial compensation must be taken up directly with the contractor as we will not be liable for compensation payments to the client for errors by third party sub-contractors.
3. It is the client’s responsibility to sign off any advertising and other publicity material before it is produced. McMullin Madeleine/Source Marketing will not be held accountable for any errors in work that has been approved by the client.
4. McMullin Madeleine/Source Marketing’s standard payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. Late payment may lead to the initiation of court action and/or the charging of interest at 2% over the base rate.
